Is it just me, or has this year flown by?

My recent trip to Europe gave me the chance to explore new neighborhoods, wander unfamiliar streets, and experience how people live in different parts of the world. It got me thinking about how much where we live shapes our everyday lives. It's one of the things I love most about real estate. Finding a home isn't just about the house itself. It's about the neighborhood, the community, and all the little things that make a place feel like home.

Living and working in Northeast LA, I'm constantly reminded of how much there is to appreciate right in our own backyard, from the coffee shops and local businesses to the beautiful old homes and familiar faces. This month, I'm sharing my idea of a perfect Saturday in Highland Park, along with a look at what an $800K budget can actually buy you in Northeast LA.
