One of our newest home-buyers (a single woman BTW 💪 👩 ) just made a great decision in using the Ladder Up Home Loan Grant program, and got a $50K grant (aka FREE MONEY), to buy her very first home in Los Angeles.... and what a house - it's a huge lot with a large detached garage (hello future ADU) plus Spanish-style....so adorable !!! She went right to work using her money to do some incredible upgrades, since she had to pay very little out of pocket to acquire this cute Spanish-style home!

We were SO proud to work with this lady and help her on her home-ownership journey, and we look forward to years to come to see how she continues to add value to this property. She Killed it!
